Janette graduated from the University of Akron Wayne College in May of 2012. She joined the HOPS team in 2015. Janette brings a wealth of knowledge regarding billing/coding/verifications and authorizations. She is a master scheduler and can find appointments for patients quickly. Janette enjoys working out and training with her husband Thad in their fitness center in Orville, Ohio.
